Mason and I have no complaints...Liz & Millie were amazing. Mason, myself and Liz were working together initially at the first part of January looking at houses and we thought you did a great job showing us what we could afford. You brought to our attention the increase in prices in the market and we realized that what we thought we could afford and what was out there were two different houses. After Abi was born, you guys were amazing too....gave us some breathing room and let us guide you to where we were. When we started looking again in March and April, you showed me the houses and worked with me so I could get the info to Mason while he was in Medicine Hat. You both helped me find the house I'm in now and I love it. Mason loves the garage....haha With the selling factor, we had a week to finish up our reno's and sell it. No pressure....haha. You both made wonderful suggestions and helped me make the best of it. We were so surprised with the response and we were able to sell the house on the 2nd offer. We had our conditions met on time and we couldn't have done any of it without you. When it came to moving out/in you were there as well. You made sure that our interests were covered and worked with the other Realtor so our garage stuff could stay an extra two weeks until we could move it into our new house. You looked outside of the box but most importantly you made sure that the box was the right one for us. We love the monthly update mailout and that you still remember us two years down the road when if comes to being your clients. It is a relationship not a transaction with you both and that is what is most important to me. It's easy to represent someone but it's important to stand with them.
